The ‘Los Ramones’ pipeline, with an initial first phase investment of 600 million USD, will supply 30% of the demand for natural gas nationwide. This pipeline, with a length of 118km and a 48 inch diameter, will release fuel imported from various countries.
Coppel StoreTonala, Jal. Retail Chain Construction. In recent years, we have worked directly with this retail chain on various projects all over the Mexican Republic. In this project we realized piles of foundations of different diameters and depths.
Currently, Coppel is one of the 100 biggest companies in Mexico, successfully conquering overseas markets like Argentina and Brazil.
Intel Grand Design Center
Intel Grand Design CenterGuadalajara, Jal. Industrial Plant Construction and Research Centers.In this operation we supported the general contractor “Marhnos & Turner” with the soil mechanics and geophysical studies.
This new ‘campus’ employs world class (LEED Certification) design and construction standards. The total investment for this project is 2,300 million pesos.
"El Ahogado" Treatment Plant
"El Ahogado" Treatment PlantGuadalajara, Jal Urban Infrastructure Construction. In this operation we supported general contractor “ATLATEC S.A. de C.V.” (Subsidiary of Mitsui & Co Ltd.) with soil mechanics, geophysical studies as well as paving design, all necessary for development of this executive project.
This plant is the third largest in Mexico and has the capacity to process 12.2 m3/sec. It occupies an area of 123 acres and cost 858 million pesos.
Almex PlantGuadalajara, Jal. Industrial Plant Construction. Our geotechnical construction division worked alongside the client from project appraisal up to the laying of foundations by specialized pile driving equipment in the warehouse area of the Almex (Mexican Starch) Plant.
Almex is one of the world’s leading companies in grain processing and carbohydrate production.
“Tayoltita” Gold and Silver Mine
“Tayoltita” Gold and Silver MineTayoltita, Dgo. Mining Industry Construction. In this project we worked with the "Luismin” Mining Company, working with the area of geosciences and risk management. The work consisted of drilling and installing 23 piezometers at varying depths between 12 and 53 meters in a highly unstable rock formation.
Tayoltita is a Gold and Silver Mine located just 235 kilometers from Durango’s state capital, but because of its difficult access, this distance is covered in 8 hours. To reach the site, first you have to ascend to reach an altitude of 2,900 meters, and then descend to the bottom of the ravine, only 540 meters above sea level.
Electric Railway Guadalajara
Electric Railway GuadalajaraGuadalajara, Jal. Urban Infrastructure Construction. For two years, Lainco has been involved in the construction of Line 2 of this project. The scope of work was: soil mechanics and geo-hydrological studies, quality control and structural design of the tunnel.
This communication channel is 8.5 kilometers long and consists of 10 underground stations, plus a surface level workshop.

Acueducto Twin Towers ‘Tres60’Zapopan, Jal Construction and Development of Residential Housing. Working alongside “Hines”, a well know international real estate developer, we collaborated in soil mechanics studies, seismic micro-regionalization, cut and fill assessment and design, retaining walls design and percolation tests. During construction we provided the quality control service in materials and construction procedures.
These striking smart-buildings, located in the north west of the city, have 30 storeys and were built in a record time of 10 days per storey.

Lainco has worked for "WalMart Stores, Inc.", for almost a decade participating in different projects all over the country. In this project we participated in an implementation program of quality assurance and supervision. The project required earth works with an approximate volume of 300,000 m3, construction of 70,000 m2 and hidraulic concrete paving of almost 200,000 m2.

Thermoelectric “Topolobampo II”
Thermoelectric “Topolobampo II”Topolobampo, Sin Energy Industry Construction. For three years we collaborated with the company "Bufete Industrial Construcciones" in the Topolobampo II thermoelectric power plant project of the Federal Electricity Commission. The service consisted of implementing a quality assurance program in everything related to civil engineering.
With an investment of one billion dollars, this project has a generation capacity of 786MW.
Laguna del Rey, Coah
Peñoles IndustriesLaguna del Rey, Coah. Mining Industry Construction. For this project we drilled and installed 56 20m deep extraction wells in very inhospitable, desert conditions.
Peñoles Industries is the leader in Latin American production of refined gold and lead, as well as being the world’s biggest refined silver producer.
Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jal
Guadalajara AirportAirport Infrastructure Construction. In this project we worked together with A.S.A. (Airports and Auxiliary Services Mexico) on site assessment phase II. This project was aimed at detecting and estimating the potential presence of hydrocarbons that could be leaking from the distribution network on Guadalajara International Airport’s platform.
Guadalajara is the third busiest airport in Mexico and the second busiest in terms of air-freight.
JabilCircuit, MexicoGuadalajara, Jal Industrial Hangar Construction. In this project we supervised the operation, making sure that all the quality requirements were met and that the time and budget constraints were kept to. The work comprised two industrial buildings that totaled 12,000m2. This was done over a period of twelve months.
Jabil Circuit is the world’s third biggest contract manufacturer, and has 90 premises in 23 countries. They employ around 175,000 people.
Remediation Colonia Moderna
Remediation Colonia ModernaGuadalajara, Jal. Urban Infrastructure Construction. In this project we collaborated in the implementation of underground and aquifer remediation systems with two other companies: "Grandwater Technologies" and "Allwaste" in a densely populated part of the city. For this, more than one hundred free product and vapor extraction wells were installed, as well as injection wells.
Road junction Patria-Acueducto
Road junction Patria-AcueductoZapopan, Jal Urban Infrastructure Construction. On this project we supported general contractor "Trena, S.A. de C.V." with lab services of quality control and load testing of the superstructure.
This three level junction, solves traffic problems at a critical road crossing. The project involved solving very complex technical problems partly because of its state of the art architecture.
Luxury Condominiums "Cima Real"
Luxury Condominiums "Cima Real"Zapopan, Jal Property Development Construction. Lainco supported the developer on the project, and provided soil mechanics and seismic micro-regionalization studies. During the construction, we provided on-site quality control services.
This beautiful building has 14 floors and 60 luxury apartments and is located to the northwest of the city.
Shopping Mall “Plaza Galerías”
Shopping Mall “Plaza Galerías”Zapopan, Jal Commercial Center Construction. For this project we supported the developer in soil mechanics studies, and dealt with quality control during construction.
Galerias Shopping Mall is one of the biggest and most exclusive in the west of Mexico. It boasts 220 stores and has a surface area of 160,000 m². It was opened in November 2003, and was then considered to be a highly innovative mall for its size, exclusivity and for being one of the first malls in Guadalajara to be totally covered.
Hotel Solar de las Ánimas
Hotel Solar de las ÁnimasTequila, Jal Hotel Industry Construction. Here we supported the general contractor with soil mechanics studies, quality control of material as well as supervising the work.
The hotel was inaugurated in February 2015 with a joint investment, along with the convention center of 800 million pesos.
Ingredion PlcGuadalajara, Jal. Food Industry Construction. In this project we participated with the general contractor in the extension of the plant with the laying of foundations through the use of concrete micropiles placed in-situ prior to drilling.

Sugarmill, GAM Group
Sugarmill, GAM GroupTala, Jal Industrial Plant Construction. Here we collaborated in the first stage with soil mechanics studies where two vertical crystallizers were installed on the premises.
The site is Mexico’s second biggest sugarmill in terms of sugar cane production. It has an annual capacity of 16,000 tonnes of ground cane and 1,800 tonnes of sugar daily.

Mi Plaza Mirasierra
Mi Plaza MirasierraSaltillo, Coahuila. Commercial Center Construction. In this site we supported with the construction of foundation piles. The project has a plot of 41,000 m2, of which more than 16,000 m2 will be built on.
With an investment of 290 million pesos, this commercial center was opened on December 11th 2014.
Tech CenterZapopan, Jal. Commercial Development and Office Construction. We collaborated with the developers “Inverdesarrollos” carrying out soil mechanics studies, and geophysics characterization. During the construction process we provided geotechnical supervision and quality control of materials and building procedures.
Palace of Culture and Communication (PALCCO)Zapopan, Jal. Urban Infrastructure Construction. In this project we collaborated on the first phase with soil mechanics studies and during construction we provided the service of foundation quality control.
This building is ranked the third biggest theatrical complex in the world and is an icon of art and culture.
Zenic TowersTlaquepaque, Jal. Residential Condo Construction. For the development of this real estate project we collaborated with the contractor "Inverdesarrollos" undertaking soil mechanics studies. During the construction process, we performed quality control of materials and construction procedures.
Zenic Towers is an urban development from the realtor ‘Vértica’, located to the south of the city.
"La Perla" Mall
“La Perla” MallZapopan, Jal. Industrial Development Construction, Commercial and Residential. For the development of this real estate project we collaborated with the contractor "OUEST" undertaking soil mechanics studies. During the construction process, we performed quality control of materials and construction procedures. Likewise, through our subsidiary DERCO, the realization of anchored walls and foundation piles is carried out.
This mega project located in what was the Kodak Plant plans to convert the area into a mini city which will have a commercial center, offices, medical center, 3 hotels and up to 5,000 residences.
Hospital Real San José, Valle Real
Hospital Real San José, Valle RealZapopan, Jal. Construction of Hospital Infrastructure. In this project we collaborate in a first stage with studies of soil mechanics, geophysical studies and the design of the system of anchorage and foundation, in the following stage we carried out the containment of the walls with anchored concrete boards. Currently the foundation piles are built to support the structure of the work.
This project is an example of the great infrastructure works being carried out in the municipality of Zapopan. It is expected that the work will finish in approximately two years, since the building is conceived with an avant-garde architecture. Likewise, it will be equipped with modern medical systems, automation, energy saving and security that will make the new hospital one of the most modern in America.
